Refilling your nasal inhaler is quick, easy, and kind of satisfying — like a little ritual for your senses. Whether you're topping up your go-to blend or trying something new, following the steps below will keep your inhaler fresh, effective, and ready for whatever the day brings.

1. Prep your space
Find a clean surface and lay down a tissue, paper towel, or use a small dish to catch any oil drips.

2. Open your inhaler
Unscrew the bottom of the inhaler to access the wick inside.

3. Remove the wick
Gently pull the wick out using tweezers or clean fingers. Place it on your prepared surface.

4. Add your essential oil
Slowly drip 10 drops (0.5mL) of your favourite essential oil directly onto the wick. Try to spread the drops evenly along its length.

5. Let it absorb
Allow the wick a minute or two to absorb the liquid. This helps the scent last longer.

6. Reassemble the inhaler
Place the wick back inside, screw the bottom back on, and you’re good to go.
7. Let it sit upright
Let the inhaler rest upright for a few minutes before using, especially if the wick was very saturated.
✅ Tips for best results
- Avoid over-saturating the wick. Excess oil may restrict airflow or cause leakage.
- Rotate between oil blends to prevent scent fatigue and suit different moments.
- Reuse wicks where possible, but replace them once the aroma fades or visible discolouration appears.
